We’re excited to share that CARDSandBANNERS.com has officially moved to CARDSandBANNERS.net.

Our new website is now live, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. The new platform brings faster performance, larger file uploads, instant online proofs for image files, improved order tracking, and exciting new product options.

Accounts and past orders from our old site will still be available at CARDSandBANNERS.com until April 2026. If you need to access previous orders, you can use the Legacy Orders link here on the new site.

We’ve outlined all the key changes, including details on reorders, discounts, store credits, and more.

What’s New?

Our new site brings many improvements to make ordering faster, easier, and more reliable:

  • The upload file size increased from 75MB to 100MB
  • Instant online proof for JPG, JPEG, or PNG
    (PDF, AI, EPS, TIF, TIFF, and PSD are not supported for instant proof)
  • Improved order status and tracking
  • New products and reflective options for large-format printing
  • Enhanced file re-uploading, error claims, and quotes
  • …and much more for a smoother, modern experience

Login & Security

The new site is powered by Shopify. For added security, you may occasionally be asked to enter a six-digit verification code sent to your email instead of using a password. This is a standard Shopify feature to protect your account.

Access to Past Orders

Accounts and past orders from the old site will remain accessible at CARDSandBANNERS.com until April 2026.

  • You’ll still be able to reference past orders, print receipts, and view shipping addresses.
  • Past orders cannot be transferred to this new site, since the two systems are separate.
  • To access them, use the Legacy Orders link in the menu.

Reorders

Reordering is not yet available directly on this site. To place a reorder, please submit it as a new order. If you’d like us to help retrieve artwork from a past job on our old site, email info [at] cardsandbanners.com or complete the request form. We’ll send you any designs we’re able to locate.

Checking Order Status

There are two ways to check the status of your order:

  • Use the Order Status link for a quick lookup (no login required, just enter your email and order number).
  • Log in to your account to see all your orders in one place.

Drop Shipping

Blind drop shipping is available. Simply select “Blind Drop Shipping” during checkout at the cart level.

Store Credits

Store credit balances are now linked to your account. You can apply them directly during checkout.

Discounts

Wholesale accounts, resellers, and loyalty program members will continue receiving their discounts.

  • If you fall into one of these categories, your email has already been migrated and assigned the correct discount tier.
  • Discounts are visible only at the final checkout step. You must be logged in with the same email to receive them.

If you don’t see your discount on your first order, don’t worry. We review all new orders and will issue store credit for any discrepancy. Your account will also be updated to prevent future issues.
