Before submitting a claim, please review the following information to ensure your issue qualifies for a claim and to avoid unnecessary delays or denials. Claims are reviewed within 12–48 hours, and providing complete details and images will help expedite the process.

Valid Claims: We will address issues caused by printing errors on our part. If verified, we will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include requesting the return of the order for further investigation. For orders damaged during shipping, our claims department will file a claim with UPS or FedEx, which may involve additional time or package retrieval by the carrier.

Non-Qualifying Claims:

Errors in spelling, phone numbers, or other content in your prints, as you are responsible for verifying these details before approving the proof. If your prints match the approved proof layout, it means it is correct, and you have approved it to be printed, cut, or folded that way.
Slight color variations, as colors may differ from screen displays due to device settings or conversion from RGB to CMYK, which is standard in the printing industry.
Late delivery, as production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather, or peak seasons.
