Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
Orders can only be shipped to physical street addresses (no PO Boxes or temporary addresses).
Free shipping, when offered, applies only to the initial shipment. Any re-shipments (due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or returned package) are the customer’s responsibility.
If UPS or FedEx returns your package to us for reasons such as an invalid address, multiple missed delivery attempts, or a move, you will be required to pay re-shipping charges.

Once an order has been sent to print, it cannot be canceled or modified (including address changes).
If you need to correct a shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order or before the order is sent to print.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet gone to production, please email us as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.
- Cancellations requested within 7 business days for orders not sent to print may qualify for a refund, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
- Orders older than 30 days that have not been sent to print cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for store credit only.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, as each order is custom printed and has no resale value.
If there is an error on our part, you may file a claim immediately upon receiving your shipment. Please log in to your account and select Report an Order Issue to begin the process.
If items must be returned, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Production usually requires 2–8 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. UPS or FedEx handles all deliveries.
Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or peak seasons. Plan ahead and place your order early.
