Shipping policy

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
Orders can only be shipped to physical street addresses (no PO Boxes or temporary addresses).
Free shipping, when offered, applies only to the initial shipment. Any re-shipments (due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or returned package) are the customer’s responsibility.
If UPS or FedEx returns your package to us for reasons such as an invalid address, multiple missed delivery attempts, or a move, you will be required to pay re-shipping charges.
Production usually requires 2–8 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. UPS or FedEx handles all deliveries.
Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or peak seasons. Plan ahead and place your order early.
