Large Format Adhesive Vinyl Printing
This 4 mil adhesive vinyl is a durable, waterproof material printed with UV technology on white PVC calendar film with a matte finish. It delivers sharp, vibrant, and fade-resistant graphics suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The clear permanent adhesive backing bonds securely to flat, smooth, and clean surfaces such as windows, walls, display boards, and signage panels. Resistant to heat, water, and abrasion, this UV-safe vinyl is designed to hold up for years in a variety of environments. Once applied, the vinyl cannot be removed or repositioned.
Vinyl is printed on a single sheet of adhesive material and is not cut into custom shapes. For example, a 24x36 inch order means the design will be printed on one full 24x36 inch sheet without individual cutouts.
Can I remove and reposition the decals?
No, once the decals are applied, they cannot be removed and repositioned.
Can you cut the vinyl into custom shapes?
No, our vinyl is printed on a single sheet of adhesive material and is not cut into custom shapes. For example, a 24x36 inch order will be one complete 24x36 inch sheet with your design, without individual cutouts.

Can I print multiple designs on one sheet?
Yes. Arrange your smaller designs together in a single artboard at your chosen size. We’ll print them as one full‑sheet vinyl, and you can trim each design to size once you receive it.

Order multiple sheets and align them together during installation to create a larger display.
Where can I install the vinyl?
Apply only to clean, dry, flat, and smooth surfaces for best results.
What is the size tolerance for large format prints?
Large format prints are produced using media rolls and hand trimming. Due to heating, drying, roll advancement, and manual cutting, a small margin of error in the final dimensions can occur. The industry standard cutting tolerance for large format printing is up to 1/4 inch (0.25"), and in some cases slightly larger depending on the product. For projects that require a perfect fit, it is recommended to order at least one inch larger on each side, then trim the material after installation for precise results.
Is the adhesive safe for painted walls?
The adhesive is permanent and may damage paint when removed. It's recommended to test a small area first if applying to painted surfaces.
Can this vinyl be used for backlit electrical signs?
No, this type of adhesive vinyl is not suitable for backlit electrical signs, as light cannot pass through it. For backlit applications, we recommend using translucent vinyl, which is specifically designed to allow for proper light transmission and visibility.
How is the vinyl shipped?
Vinyl is rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube or box to prevent creases or damage.
Templates: Download the template and open it in your design program. The template is correctly sized with the proper resolution and color mode. Do not resize it. Use the template as a guide while designing. Once you're finished, delete the template layer and save your final artwork without the template guidelines or instructions.
Be sure to save two versions of your file:
• One editable version you can modify later
• One flattened version to send us for printing
To reduce file size, save your print-ready file in .jpg format. If you choose a different format, make sure all layers are flattened before submitting.

- If you send files as .EPS, .PDF, or .AI, all texts should be converted to outline.
- If using Photoshop, flatten your image and save it as a JPG or PDF. This will prevent fonts from converting to defaults.
