Reflective versus Standard Aluminum Sandwich Boards?

Select reflective boards made with 4 mil engineer-grade reflective vinyl for signs that need high visibility in low-light or nighttime conditions, such as directional signs, parking, or safety signs in poorly lit areas. Choose standard boards, which feature UV direct-printed gloss finish and a protective coating, for bright daytime displays in well-lit settings such as storefronts, real estate open house signs, or indoor promotions.

Can I add 0.25" hole punches for mounting?

Yes, optional 0.25" hole punches can be added to the boards for easy mounting on fences, posts, or walls using screws, zip ties, or hooks. Specify this option when ordering for custom installation needs.

Do signs come with rounded or square corners?

Both options are available. Whether you choose square or rounded corners depends on your personal preference and needs. If you're undecided, we recommend opting for rounded corners for added safety and durability. The 1/4" rounded corners create a smooth edge, reducing the risk of injury during handling and improving compatibility with standard sign stands or frames.

This 3mm aluminum composite panel consists of two 0.15mm corrosion-resistant aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene core. Lightweight yet durable, it is waterproof, UV-safe, and designed for long-term indoor and outdoor use.

4 mil. Engineer Grade Reflective Vinyl

This 4mil engineer grade reflective vinyl is a durable, UV-printed material with a permanent adhesive backing, designed for vibrant, full-color graphics on flat surfaces. Its matte-finished surface ensures scratch-resistant visuals that are visible in daylight and reflect light for high visibility at night. Waterproof and UV-safe, it offers long-lasting performance for indoor and outdoor use, resisting weathering and fading.

Templates: Download the template and open it in your design program. The template is correctly sized with the proper resolution and color mode. Do not resize it. Use the template as a guide while designing. Once you're finished, delete the template layer and save your final artwork without the template guidelines or instructions.

Be sure to save two versions of your file:
• One editable version you can modify later
• One flattened version to send us for printing

To reduce file size, save your print-ready file in .jpg format. If you choose a different format, make sure all layers are flattened before submitting.
