70/30 Perforated Vinyl Is Best For Windy Conditions
Custom full-color mesh banner printing provides versatile solutions for indoor and outdoor displays. Mesh banners are an ideal solution for areas where wind is a concern. Approximately 30% of the banner surface is perforated. Small holes allow the wind to pass through the material, making it ideal for signage in high-wind areas, such as construction fencing. Additionally, they are waterproof, UV-resistant, and very durable. Custom printed mesh banners are sent out hemmed and grommeted with brass grommets. However, other finishing options are available such as pole pockets, etc.
When choosing pole pockets, remember that a 2-inch pocket fits a 1-inch diameter pole, a 3-inch pocket fits a 1.5-inch pole, and a 4-inch pocket fits a 2-inch pole. The grommets are #2 brass grommets. The stitching is white and double-stitched.
Recommendations: To maximize the lifespan of your vinyl banner, proper installation and handling are key. We recommend hemmed edges for added durability and brass grommets placed every two feet along the edges. When installing, use all grommets to distribute tension evenly, preventing potential long-term damage. You should never fold your banner, instead, roll it when not in use and store it properly.
With 70/30 perforation, 10 oz. mesh banners are ideal for areas where the wind is an issue. Approximately 30% of the material surface consists of small perforated holes that allow the wind to pass thru the banner making this material ideal for high wind locations. In addition, this material is durable, long-lasting, waterproof, and UV safe.
Templates: Download the template and open it in your design program. The template is correctly sized with the proper resolution and color mode. Do not resize it. Use the template as a guide while designing. Once you're finished, delete the template layer and save your final artwork without the template guidelines or instructions.
Be sure to save two versions of your file:
• One editable version you can modify later
• One flattened version to send us for printing
To reduce file size, save your print-ready file in .jpg format. If you choose a different format, make sure all layers are flattened before submitting.
