What is styrene flexible plastic, and how durable is it?

Styrene is a .020" white polystyrene film, a lightweight and flexible high-impact plastic that’s durable for long-term use. It’s waterproof and UV-safe, making it suitable for both indoor and short-term outdoor signage, such as point-of-purchase displays or event posters.

How is the design printed on the styrene material?

We use direct UV printing with high-quality UV inks to produce vibrant, full-color designs with a matte finish. This process ensures the print is durable, fade-resistant, and maintains clarity in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Will the styrene signs stay flat after being rolled?

Yes, our .020" polystyrene film is designed to lay flat even after being rolled, ensuring a professional appearance for your signage when unrolled and displayed.

What are the best applications for styrene flexible plastic signs?

Styrene signs are perfect for long-term point-of-purchase (POP) displays, restaurant menus, mall signage, event posters, and drop-in signage. Their flexibility and durability make them versatile for both indoor and outdoor marketing needs.

How thick is the styrene material?

The styrene material is .020" thick, offering a balance of flexibility and durability. It’s lightweight for easy handling yet sturdy enough for professional signage applications.

How do I install or mount my styrene sign?

Styrene signs can be mounted using adhesive, tape, or optional brass grommets for hanging. They’re compatible with most display stands or frames and can be easily secured to walls or other surfaces. Ensure the mounting method suits your indoor or outdoor environment.

What is the difference between styrene and PVC board signs?

Styrene is a thinner (.020") and more flexible material compared to our 1/8" PVC boards, making it ideal for applications like posters or rollable signage. PVC boards are thicker and more rigid, better suited for wall-mounted or framed signs. Both are durable and UV-safe, but styrene is more lightweight and flexible.

How are the styrene signs shipped?

Styrene signs is rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube or box to prevent creases or damage.
