Custom full-color vinyl banner printing provides versatile solutions for indoor and outdoor displays. Choose from two premium materials: 13 oz. Premium Scrim Matte Vinyl or 18 oz. Blockout Heavy-Duty Vinyl. Both are waterproof, UV-safe, durable, and ideal for applications like event promotions, trade shows, retail displays, street banners, and building wraps. Banners are finished with hemmed edges and brass grommets, with additional options like pole pockets available for easy installation.
When choosing pole pockets, remember that a 2-inch pocket fits a 1-inch diameter pole, a 3-inch pocket fits a 1.5-inch pole, and a 4-inch pocket fits a 2-inch pole. The grommets are #2 brass grommets. The stitching is white and double-stitched.
Recommendations: To maximize the lifespan of your vinyl banner, proper installation and handling are key. We recommend hemmed edges for added durability and brass grommets placed every two feet along the edges. When installing, use all grommets to distribute tension evenly, preventing potential long-term damage. You should never fold your banner, instead, roll it when not in use and store it properly.
Premium 13 oz. scrim matte vinyl material is durable, long-lasting, waterproof, UV safe, and ideal for outdoor or indoor banner signage. This material comes with a very smooth matte surface.
18 oz. Blockout Heavy-Duty Vinyl Banner
Blockout 18 oz. heavy-duty vinyl is a highly durable and long-lasting material that is both waterproof and UV-safe, making it suitable for both outdoor and indoor banner signage. This vinyl features a smooth matte surface, which not only enhances its appearance but also reduces glare for better readability from various angles. Being thicker and stronger than the 13 oz. option, this heavy-duty vinyl is specifically designed for demanding applications such as large street banners and building wraps. Additionally, its blockout feature effectively prevents light from passing through, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting colors.
Templates: Download the template and open it in your design program. The template is correctly sized with the proper resolution and color mode. Do not resize it. Use the template as a guide while designing. Once you're finished, delete the template layer and save your final artwork without the template guidelines or instructions.
Be sure to save two versions of your file:
• One editable version you can modify later
• One flattened version to send us for printing
To reduce file size, save your print-ready file in .jpg format. If you choose a different format, make sure all layers are flattened before submitting.
