Flute Directions: Coroplast signs feature internal holes known as flutes. When you order signs with wire sticks, we print them with vertical flutes, making it easy to insert your wire stand from the bottom. If you choose signs without wire stands, the flute orientation may differ. The corrugated structure of the flutes can sometimes cause faint linear lines on the printed surface, which is normal in the industry.
Note: Please note that light-colored backgrounds on the 4mm Corrugated Plastic material may appear translucent when printing on both sides. We recommend choosing a darker background for double-sided printing. Sizes are approximate and may differ by up to +/- 0.25 inches. Hardware variations may also occur. Step stakes are pre-selected by yard sign size and orientation and cannot be exchanged. H-shaped wire is available for smaller sizes, and heavy-duty metal step stakes are for 24" x 24" and 24" x 36" sizes only.
How do I set up the retractable banner stand?

4mm Corrugated Plastic, also known as Coroplast, is a lightweight, plastic-based material similar to corrugated cardboard. Featuring a semi-gloss finish, it’s ideal for seasonal outdoor signage, such as election signs. Printed with UV ink, it offers scratch, abrasion, and weather resistance, with a durability of 3 to 6 months.
Templates: Download the template and open it in your design program. The template is correctly sized with the proper resolution and color mode. Do not resize it. Use the template as a guide while designing. Once you're finished, delete the template layer and save your final artwork without the template guidelines or instructions.
Be sure to save two versions of your file:
• One editable version you can modify later
• One flattened version to send us for printing
To reduce file size, save your print-ready file in .jpg format. If you choose a different format, make sure all layers are flattened before submitting.
